Booked a two night stay at this facility for Feb 14-16 and was very disappointed. The front desk clerk wasn’t very pleasant from the beginning. Once we got to the room it was terrible all the way around the room. The bathroom was the most disgusting part of the room. There was mold all around the shower, plaster around shower head falling in pieces, the ceiling of the shower was mold ingested, the toilet I had to hold the lever until the water drained, the sink was turned on for 10 seconds and got clogged, one of the beds sheets had stains all over it, my daughter and I had to sleep in the same bed which was uncomfortable as beds were small, the freezer made an awful noise so I unplugged it. The curtains towards the window had stains on them, the front door to the room was molded. I would like to get a refund back as we are not staying the second night. The front desk guy said there weren’t any other rooms as there was a basketball tournament in Brainer this weekend and all the rooms and hotels were sold out. I have never been so unsatisfied at any hotel I ever stayed at. I was an executive housekeeper at the Delta in Fargo and I would never tolerate this room from being rented out. I would appreciate a refund for this inconvience. We were in room 112. Some to the front desk the next monrning and told her that we weren’t gonna stay the next night and she said unneeded to talk to the GM. No phone number was provided only an email. He denied my refund
