The worse hotel i ever stayed. I booked 3 room for 2 night on 6 jun 2017 until 8 jun 2017. Complaints are:
1. No wifi service from 6 jun until 7 jun. Hotel try repair after complaint.
2. No breakfast are served at 7 am. Suppose they should provide buffet breakfast start from 6 am to 10 am. No lay out buffet breakfast. Reason given by hotel staff, there are few customer only for that day.
3. No free shuttle to airport. The hotel included with free shuttle in the package. But when asking for free shuttle, the reception give reason that the driver not well and ask customer arrange in their own. Even thought i remind hotel reception 3 times, a day before check out. And they didn't give alternative solution for that.
4. Television in the room not functioning very well. Room key malfunction, have to insert paper to switch on the room electricity.No creamer for room tea/coffee. and sugar only 1 packet.
5. I try to manage get the manager, marketing manager, supervisor, chief of the restaurant and complaint to them directly. Unfortunately they ignore my complaint and don't want to listen to me.
6. I also manage to meet the hotel owner and complaint to him, but no respond from him because he seems like very very very rich man with personal body guard, and he don't want to listen my complaint, and walk away.
7. I strongly recommend don't stay in this hotel otherwise there is no hotel in the bandung city.
