I booked a king suite, I was very disappointed with the staff customer service from the time I checked in (before anything I had to sign a paper that said they are not responsible for lost or stolen items out of the room and they reserved the right to come in at anytime and inspect the room, not good afternoon, welcome or what is your name)Not a friendly lobby agent nor courteous, the room was old, musty odor, the entrance to our room was on the side of the property, trash can was in front of the entrance door, full of trash overflowing, did not change for 2 days, floors dirty all the way to the elevator, room service the next day did not even hang the towels just left them sitting by the sink on the counter, and bed was not made properly, but they made sure the envelope to leave gratuity was on the table by the bed. When I went to checkout 2 days later the front desk agent advised me I could not get a copy of a receipt because I booked it through either Expedia or Hotels.com and “They would send me an email a receipt. Never I had this problem before, very disappointed and I most definitely would not recommend this property, I’m very surprised it had good reviews in the past. Their front desk agent definitely needs customer service training.
