Nice building but the elevator took over 30 minutes to an hour. And the heat didn’t help while waiting on them, I felt like my blood sugar had drop my hair was wet including my clothes, the apartment wasn’t what we expected your website doesn’t explain the difference, we wanted ocean front where the master bedroom had a door and the bedroom close to the door allow for all noises to ne heard from street noise or kid’s running up and down walkway, Ommucation was terrible between Expedia & also with panhandler everyone was saying they weren’t responsible for the dirty dusty nasty rooms 1013 the couch had many nasty stain on it ;the chair or one on the balcony was very nasty yep I took pictures before and after too much money for this to be uncleaned dust on lamps, beach chairs dirty , my mother had an allergic reaction to the dust & it must had hve dogs in there because she is highly allergic and yes stated no dogs and one very large one went on the elevator so we/my mom didn’t get on it so we had to wait about 30 more minutes, very disappointing and not sure if we will use a third party to book our next trip I finally got my mother to use Expedia and she help me pay for this resort to be very unhappy and got sick, the dust on the lamps in the bathroom and dust or bugs she said were behind her nightstand, yep.
