It was really not clear that you had to call and arrange for a person to let you in the room, and that no reception existed. In retrospect, this is stated, but in the very bottom of a lot of facilities explanation. This is a key distinction of this property, and should be stated in the property description on the booking website, not at the bottom of explanation of what I would consider (nice to have features). I have seen others complain about this in reviews. I personally only found out by accident when looking for the property in street view, and couldn't find it. This caused some panic and stress in what was supposed to be a simple check in of a central located hotel room. We had to call a couple times times to coordinate a pick up person, and in the end, had to wait for somoene to take us to the apartment. On my side, I need to be more careful and thorough to make sure there actually is a reception before booking. But, I think you should just state this in the first description so there is no disappointment on the part of the visitor. It's too bad, because the property in the end was very nice, clean, centrally located and quiet.
