At first appearance we were more than skeptical. The property was under a massive renovation. I had learned this through recent reviews. But what i saw was a litte crazy and I'm in construction. Dumpster right at the entrance, furniture outside, furniture visible in rooms that was viewable. Upon checkin, which was very pleasant. Front desk was jammed in a small office as lobby is part of renovation. The desk clerk, who i am going to assume was possibly the owner, at least the manager was a very pleasant person. Gave us our keys and room location. At room location another red flag, just outside our room on the opposite side of the hallway was a bunch of old refrigerators, pile of wood studs and other debris. Still sketchy about things, we opened our room door. What we found was an extremely clean and updated room. Very modern looking, with a few minor exceptions, the old wooden framed mirror and outdated picture on the wall, but other than that the flooring, furniture, appliances were all very nice. The bathroom was the level of a much more expensive hotel. Walk in shower, vanity area were very nice. It was quiet and comfortable. Once interior is done, a coat of painton the exterior and it will be a much nicer place
