It took a lot to get into the hotel:
1) Ibis hotel around the airport does not appear in GPS (I recommend to include it)
2) When I got around the hotel, I couldn´t find the entrance (as well as other guests going around the building for a lot of time). We went around the hotel building several times. There is a construction in process around and there was NO SIGN to guide guests to the hotel entrance.
3) The hotel hosts were not very helpful in giving us with information about the area and the way things work around: for example, they couldn´t tell us where or how to return the car (rented), or how can we get to the airport, besides public transportation. Probably this is not their job, but they had no interest in helping us besides hotel and room information, which is very weird for hotel services (normally they are very kind and try to help to guide guests, who normally don´t know the way things work in a certain place, especially if visiting for the first time).
4) The hotel doesn´t have a parking, so I had to pay like $25 to park just for the night.
5) Our reservation price included breakfast, but it was impossible to take, because it´s not open very early.
I must say that hotel room was very good, but service and quality is more than that.
