When we arrived over an hour early, we were told we'd have to wait about an hour until the room was ready. However, the very kind woman at the desk had another similar room available and offered it to us.
Generally, the room was clean and comfortable looking, however, I was there with my son and he would be using the sofa bed. When he opened it, the mattress had a big blood stain on it and the bed itself was not only lumpy but impossible to sleep in. He ended up sleeping on the floor for 2 nights. Noone ever mentioned, nor did I ever see it written, that there is no housekeeping service for an extended stay. We went off the next day expecting the beds to be made, the garbage emptied and fresh towels in the bathroom, none of which happened. A call was made to the front desk for at least more towels (which they did send up immediately) and this is when I found out, no services are provided for extended stay guests. Why wasn't I informed of this when I reserved or checked in? That was extremely disappointing after paying so much money for a 2 night stay.
I have no other complaints. The rest of the hotel was clean and the front desk was attentive and supportive. But I am very disappointed in my room. Another thing I might add, is while coffee is always welcome, I'm sure, by most guests, there are those of us who only drink tea. In addition to the coffee pouches in the room, providing some tea bags would be nice. I like the soap and shampoo dispensers on the wall.
