Unfortunately, I never got to see the hotel. As I was here on business and my meetings finished each day late, I was expecting to be able to check in late. 930pm I tried on the 2nd day.
The hotel advertise a late check in, but they messaged me to say they wouldn't be able to give me a late check in and that I would have to come before 8pm or not come at all. Unfortunately my train arrived at 9.
Not only is this false advertising and thus, I had to book another hotel for both nights, they then stated that I did not deserve a refund. I was certainly shocked , I guess if this is the customer service they offer, they will not last long
