The overall experience was disappointing. The service was slow, and parking was a hassle—you’ll likely end up on the street since the dedicated spots are very limited. The biggest issue was the lack of hot water in the room. No action was taken, no offers or compensation were made, and it was only fixed the next day.
The spa was by far the worst experience—don’t waste your money. It’s practically nonexistent.
On the positive side, the food was decent with a good selection, and the thermal pools were nice. However, keep in mind there is no indoor pool—only an outdoor one. The indoor option is limited to thermal water.
The room itself was okay but outdated. I left feedback with the staff, but their response was indifferent—just a simple “we’re sorry” with no effort to address concerns. Wouldn’t return.
