We have mixed feelings about our stay here.
Location-EXCELLENT. We walked to ruins/coliseum, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps with no problem.
Size-incredible. Nice, large apartment with plenty of room to spread out.
Decor-beautiful, modern, chic.
Condition of apartment-questionable. There was a leak in the apartment before we arrived. They management company had a service technician there at the same time they were checking us in and showing us around the apartment. Tech fixed leak. Everyone left. In the night the leak returned. It leaked through the doorway to our bath so we got wet going in bathroom. I called, texted, and emailed pictures to all the contacts given to us and never got a response. We ended up having to step over buckets our entire stay so we weren’t slipping on wet floors. It was frustrating to have to deal with that on vacation. The ceiling and wall had mold spots on it indicating multiple leak issues had been present for some time. There were other places in the apartment that appeared to have leak issues and were hastily boarded over instead of repaired properly.
Fees-there were several layers of fees with this apartment. Fees WE had to pay to Hotels.com, cleaning fees listed at 40€ but they charged us 75€ instead I requested a refund several times but never could get a response.
