The rooms themselves are amazing and designed perfectly, with lots of nice little touches. However, the whole resort is extremely understaffed. Aside from the cleaners and cooks, there are 2 employees to take care of everything in entire resort and restaurant. These 2 employees work extremely hard and do their best, but they have to take on the role of waiter, barman, receptionist, concierge, bellboy and front desk. The employees that we checked in with had very limited English. This made it impossible for us to book an excursion to Koh Phi Phi islands, as the language barrier prevented us from communicating what we were trying to book. In the end, we didn't book the excursion, and just chilled in the resort. Our previous resorts had taken care of excursions and transfers for us with ease, so we had assumed we would be able to do the same at Krabi Home. Great resort if you just want to chill.
