We only stayed one night at this fabulous boutique hotel in old town Chania, but definitely would've spent more if we had more time. The location is excellent, right in the old town but not in the busiest, loudest section. Eleni, the proprietor of the hotel, will check you in and give you all kinds of good recs for the area. There is no front desk that is continuously staffed, but she's very responsive by text. Our room was fantastic; with a comfy bed, closet space, fridge, desk, and a spacious balcony outside, which could probably have been accessed by the room next door as well, but we had it to ourselves when we used it. Everything was wonderful, and Eleni's hospitality and welcoming attitude gives her place that extra edge. Would definitely stay here again!
FYI: If you are driving to Chania, be aware that there is no driving or parking in the old town, so you'll have to park and walk to the hotel. If you're lucky, there's parking at the end of the street, a couple hundred meters away. If it's a weekend and busy, you'll likely have to park farther. We ended up about 1 km away, so be aware of that if you're carrying a lot of baggage.
