No remotes working for car park so hope someone else is leaving to get in t first
Staff member told me that a remote will be available “tomorrow’ …come tomorrow, same thing and told if wait in room will have one in 15 minutes brought to room (i just wanted to shower and go out, but ok)
30 minutes pass and no one, so go back to reception and told by same staff member that is on his way and please give him 10 more minutes as is getting a remote ….. 40 minutes pass so back to reception…. No remote and he has gone home for the day so had to go through all again with another) turns out the person in above is actually the “manager” so wow, great service example as you would have thought the lest you could do is communicate even if bad news not just leave a Guest waiting and go home
I dont think the shower seat in the bathroom has ever been cleaned and wish now that i took a pic of the disgusting filth on it
This was all after debacle check in, safe in room broken, and amenities in room nothing like shown on booking and hardly functional “desk” etc
