This is a very nice hotel and there are lots of nice little touches to make it feel more like a home away from home. We would definitely stay again, either here or at one of the other locations.
There are just a few things that need improving ever so slightly to make it excellent - water pressure in the shower, the aircon/heating unit, the pillows. The check-in process was a bit bizarre as you check in online before you get there but then you still need to check in when you get there to get your key - no information was really provided at check-in either about breakfast etc. The online checkout wasn't working either when we were there. In the room, it mentioned that they deliver breakfast bags to the room but there was no information about what was in it, how much it was or how to order it. There was no radio in our room either, even though it said there should be.
A real highlight was the delicious pastries and lovely coffee at the front desk though!
