Anna, the owner of this hostel, is a very kind and supportive woman who enjoys helping you with everything. She is not very fluent in speaking English but she understand everything you say and every thing she says is also understandable. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in didn't have door and was seperated from hall with just a curtain. Although the hostel was so safe, this feature bothered be a little. I hope they install a door for that room asap.
Another issue raised when I claimed that I have pre-paid the costs via expedia.com when I was booking: Anna said we don't have financial relation with expedia and eventhough I had the reciept of my payment, it took a while for me to convince her that I have paid. I suggest you pay for this property after your stay.
