I have found my stay in this apartment very unpleasant. Just to mention all the problems I have encountered:
- Booking cancellation less than 24 hours before check in.
- offered a 2-bedroom apartment in close proximity from the one I originally booked.
- the new apartment, is finally not in the city center (zone 2) and is a 1-bedroom apartment.
- I found myself in a neighbourhood that I don’t know and very far from my work, adding extra time every day for commuting with a very tight schedule.
- after check-in, I found the apartment half cleaned, with dirty floors, no towels, no pillow cases, a remote not working.
- after complaining by email because nobody answered to the “emergency” number, someone came and gave me towels, pillow cases and 3 tea bags with some sugar...
- given the inconvenient location I had to use transportation to go to work every day, expending more than 40£, which I was not planning to do, reason why I originally booked an apartment in the city center.
- the wifi signal is very inconsistent and often impossible to use.
- after a long transatlantic flight, I was dreaming with a decent shower, but I couldn’t even have it, first because there were no towels, and after because the water was ice cold! I had to add water from the boiler to the bath... the day after the water was boiling, and the last day ice cold again...
- the lack of care after the cancellation and lack of communication it has even made things more difficult if possible.
