"The breakfast buffet could have been better, meaning they could have had a different variety each day instead of serving the same thing every morning."

"In general, this resort was clean and staff are friendly. My family stayed in Ventus Ha and the facilities are newer and a lot calmer than the main resort. The only thing that I can suggest would be to have faster guest services. I was in line on the front desk to have my key card changed because it deactivated somehow and I waited for 30 minutes because there was only 1 person in the front desk around 6pm. Also, it took more that an hour for room service in the late afternoon."

"The staff was very nice and welcoming, however for it to be a all inclusive, a lot of things was conditional certain bars , specific drinks , and restaurants only open for dinner just buffet for breakfast / Lunch . Which I hated . It’s a more relax resort . Drinks watered down "

"Excellent stay. The only reason I didn’t rate it a 5 was due to seaweed which is not entirely a resort issue, although they could have done more to clean it up the beach was not swimable. Everything else was perfect for our trip! "
