They advertise on their site that they have a pool, hot tub, snack bar and deli. There was no snack bar or deli at all.The pool and hot tub were what we booked it for, for our granddaughters, mostly, staying with us. Well, the hot tub broke 5 days before we checked in. We weren't informed. I can see that things break and parts take awhile to get for hot tubs. But, inform someone ahead of time.
The pool was closed also when we were there. A hot tub being broken should not effect the pool, closing it also. They day we checked out, they told us the pool was now open. Thanks a lot, not, as we were checking out you tell us the pool we now can't use is open?
The rooms were huge and clean, but the TV's were tiny, and mine at a severe angle to the side of bed instead of in. I got a neck ache. We asked for rooms away from the elevator and on top floor, we got rooms not on the top floor, and one of the two rooms we rented was right across from the elevator. Our room was very far away from our daughter's and grand daughters' room.
When we said we were shocked no hot tub or pool, the staff took out our the first day, to tell the manager. The second day, they again took our name and email and cell phone number, as they said the manager said we would get a partial rebate of our total cost becuase of the pool and hot tub closed. We DIDN'T ASK for THIS, they suggested it. Well, the rebates never came. We emailed them and called, they never responed. We felt lied to.
