The 5 employees who were so helpful in trying to find our reservation were so helpful and friendly. I had made reservations for two rooms for my son's on-site wedding, had a confirmation number, confirmation email, but when we arrived, the resort was surprised to see us, that's for sure. I got on the chat feature and started what turned out to be a 2 hour ordeal to unravel this misadventure. After that fiasco, our stay was great and the staff was wonderful. Our only other bad experience was that all of the amenities were closed for our visit. No spa, none of the 3 bars were open, two of the three pools were closed, and the restaurant's menu was incredibly limited. However, the grounds are beautifully kept, we felt very safe, and I would stay there again, but not through hotels.com
