This hotel has terrible service. Don't stay here if you have expectations of customer service after 9pm nor expectations that the cleaning staff will refill ANYTHING in your room.
I arrived back at the hotel on my second night and there is no one to communicate with because they completely shut down the front desk. I found there was no cleaning done in my room. I wanted a coffee but the pods weren't replaced and the kleenex box was empty. They advertise a whatsapp account if you have any questions. I sent a message an hour before they close but I never got a reply. They finally got back to me the next morning and they didn't even bother to ask what i needed help with. When I told them this, it took them 3 hrs to get back to me. What is the point of having this technology if it takes 3 hrs to get a reply and you ignore your guests when they need something?
Additionally, the night entrance is in the back parking lot which is pitch black. I barely felt comfortable using this entrance, I can't imagine being a woman. This is unacceptable! No staff, no way to communicate after hours and an entrance that makes you feel unsafe .
The room I had was nice and spacious and it provided all the basic necessities one would expect. Unfortunately, I had to open the window each night when i came back because the room had a weird smell as did the hallway. It went away after i opened the windows.
Over-all a disappointing hotel and I would never stay in another saxx brand again.
