The registration staff was friendly and helpful. What we found lacking was a plan to deal with the severe snowfall.
On the morning we were checking out, we had to trudge through four feet of snow to get to the office and then borrow a shovel to clear a path to our car. No one from the office was proactive in dealing with the severe weather conditions, e.g., checking on guests overnight when the power kept going off, tracking road closures, helping with luggage transport to our car since we couldn't get it near the room without blocking the narrow passage created by other cars, etc.
