Because of all the great reviews, I thought this was going to be a great stay but unfortunately it was not. The outside of the property was very pretty, and although it appeared to be an older building, it was still pleasant. This was unfortunately not the case inside. When we got to our suite, it was nice and spacious, but the entire room smelled like smoke and still had remnants of someone’s party decorations on the walls. The carpet was stained and the floor in the entryway was sticky. Only one of the beds was made, and there were no towels in the room either. I understand that the pandemic has made things difficult, but a clean room is a basic necessity that should be top priority in a time like this. In addition to the atrocious smell and appearance, some of the furniture and a closet door were broken as well. It was in terrible condition and we did not want to spend the entire weekend there. Thankfully, the desk agent gave us a refund and we were able to get a room at another hotel. Property management really should upgrade the rooms and ensure that ALL of them are clean and in excellent condition, even if guests check in late in the evening, as we did.

The carpet throughout the entire property was dingy and smelled old and stale. Several of the surfaces in my room had stains, where they had not been cleaned properly. The faucet in the tub was coming away from the wall and there was a crack in the tub. I would not stay at this property again.

The room was in disrepair and ridden with fleas. The knob in the shower came off, the towels had stains on them. I would not recommend this hotel whatsoever.

Not sure if because of the Covid situation it has hurt this hotel but this is the first bad experience we have had here in over 12 years of staying. Hopefully it will be better next time we come into town.

12 night stay and they cleaned once....and minimally. Use Covid as an excuse for no services or amenities. Had to hunt down staff to get rid of garbage, really over priced based on lack of services. Won’t stay again.

Our room had a bad smell when we first walked in and we had to get air freshener from the front desk. The floors were not that clean and the refrigerator didn’t work. The manager and staff were very accommodating and helpful and we were compensated for our inconvenience.

Theres splatters all over the doors and walls. Either blood or feces on the bathroom door. Towel from last guest wasn't changed because they left a coin under it. Dirty drawers, stained sheets. The 1st room smelled like bug spray and had dirty counters among other issues. We didn't complain about the 2nd room because after the 1st room it was definitely an improvement. We asked for no housekeeping the 1st day but someone came in just to plug the clock in. Didn't get the trash or dirty towels. Stayed in older places that were much cleaner.
