Cons: However, my experience was marred by frequent electricity outages, occurring approximately 5-6 times per day, which is quite disruptive. Moreover, the Wi-Fi connectivity was disappointingly unreliable. In today's digital age, consistent and fast internet is a necessity, not a luxury, especially for working professionals like myself who need to stay connected even while on vacation. Despite inquiring about a business center, the initial response from the staff directed us to look for alternatives in town. It was only later revealed that there was a "Hospitality Center" within the hotel that offered slightly better, yet still underwhelming, internet service.
Summary: The natural beauty of the beach and the pleasant weather were highlights of my stay. Nonetheless, the issues with electricity and Wi-Fi, coupled with mixed responses from the staff, significantly detracted from the overall experience. It's crucial for Divi Little Bay Beach Resort to address these infrastructure and service shortcomings to truly match the expectations of its guests.
