This was a great location in the historic district, easily accessible, with traditional Mexican vendors on one side and an American style mall on the other. A metro station was within walking distance and made accessing the rest of the city easy. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. Next time I'm in CDMX, I'll be sure to stay here again.

Amazingly helpful staff
Staff went above and beyond helping me with my unique issues, I couldn't have had a better stay at any hotel. Also gorgeous scenery, clean rooms, fast elevators, speedy valet. The rooms don't have refrigerators, that would have been nice, but that doesn't warrant losing a star rating.

It was nice; service, Frontdesk, location, breakfast the cleaning lady all were great!!! My only negative is that at 8pm they turn off the air conditioning at the rooms and it’s impossible to be there. Works with the calefacción but one of the nights it wasn’t work at our room and it was horrible. We can’t sleep; we asked for room change but it wasn’t until morning; they send a guy that try to fix the duct and it helps something but it a lost nite. In the morning the guy at front desk gave us another room. Other than that all was great.

What a great experience! Our pick up from airport was convenient, prompt and very safe! The transportation to and from locations of interest was convenient and an added bonus. Our driver was also our guide on our trip. Personnel was extremely helpful and kind. Place was in a great location! The breakfast every morning was excellent!
