The hotel is brand new, the rooms are incredible and the hot breakfast was delicious I give it a 10 star, the only problem was the 2 individuals at the front desk when we arrive where incredibly incompetent especially the male, and the woman shift was coming to the end because she in a rush to leave. The problem was that the elevator was out of order and our room was on the 4th floor and that’s a problem when my wife of 66 with asthma and myself age of 70 had to luge our luggage up 4 filth of stairs whit no help, thank god that I’m a volunteer firefighter and stil in pretty good shape but my wife was not I thought she was coming to have a heart attack. I asked the 2 individual at the front desk to change our room to the first or second floor and the said that they where all booked up, but notice the guest pile that had not check in yet, but they said that they could not do this because the rooms where already assigned even do they had not arrived.both of the staff where also very rude to myself and also my daughter who was also travelling with her family. The next morning I returned my card to the front desk and told the woman that I wanted to make a complaint to management and told me she was, I told her what had happened the evening before and the guy told me that the elevator was only out that day but that was a lie because she told me that it was out for the 3 weeks and that there was supposed to have staff on hand to bring the luggage up, but when I asked no one was ava.
