This was the worst experience I've ever had as a customer. The morning after check in the shower wasn't working, I made the mistake of reporting this to the staff and letting them know that the shower handle had come off in my hand when attempting to turn on the shower. After waiting for quite awhile for a maintenance to come take a look at it someone finally came to the room. They came in and pulled the shower handle out, looked at me, and said yes it's broken. Then proceeded to explain that they wouldn't be able to get a plumber in over the weekend so I would not have a working shower for the rest of my stay and there would be a charge for the shower repair but they weren't sure how much that charge would be. I asked about getting a room with a working shower and they said they couldn't provide one. I asked about checking out early and they said they couldn't do that either. They claimed that I had signed paperwork agreeing the room was in order before seeing it, so I asked if I should ask to see the room before signing next time and they replied well no you're not allowed to do that. I contacted Wyndham corporate they took down my complaint and said someone would be in touch within a week but if I needed assistance sooner that I could talk to the property directly, who had obviously made it clear they would be doing nothing to help me be prepared to be in a wedding the following day. We ended up booking a room at another hotel at additional expense to us, don't book here.
