My husband and I stayed here with our puppy for 2 nights. When we first arrived, they didn’t give us the password to get into the apartment so we had to call customer service. Luckily they gave us the code so we got in. However, after walking into the apartment, we saw an absolute MESSS. Bed sheets not made, pillows on floor, cabinets wide open. The room was not ready. We called customer service back and they transferred us to a different room. Only this time we realized this room wasn’t ready either with no paper towels, shower towels or trash bags. So that was upsetting. Then to top it off, my husband and I went to the grocery store for 15 minutes and left our puppy. When we came back, we were locked out of the apartment and had to call AGAIN for them to help us gain access as they changed the code on us . Overall it was not a good experience. The one thing I will say, is the customer service team was great with solving our issues. They did their best. I just don’t think this property is responsible enough to have a listing up right now.
