When we got to our room our refrigerator was not working so I called down to desk she said she’d send someone up. My husband has medication that needs refrigeration and I recently had shoulder surgery and need to use cold packs. We w my out to dinner expecting it to be fixed and it wasn’t, they never came. Called the next morning, it took me going down to the desk to get someone to fix it. The gentleman Brian came and he replaced it and brought me one also with a little freezer section he was the Best!! I took m pacs down to the desk the last number got of our stay to have them freeze them for our trip home, she put them in their freezer for me and told me someone is on 24/7 so I could get them. I came down at 5 am when we were leaving and no one was around, there was a man waiting ahead of me too. We yelled in the back no one came for at least 15 minutes. This hotel is very poorly run. We go to Marriott’s a lot as a matter of fact we had just come from. AC Marriot in Asheville and our experience was the Best we were even given an upgrade on our room and paid 200.00 less a night. They also charged us for 5 nights of parking we didn’t use. I tried to call and get this taken off my bill at least C and they gave me the run around. Will definitely not stay here again.
