The hotel is in a nice location by the lake, with a nice walk starting from the hotel that takes you to a viewpoint. This is probably the main appeal.
Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were both really nice.
The room was a tad chilly but that seems to be normal in Chile. It was otherwise comfortable and everything in the room was fine. The lake view is quite obstructed by trees - not a problem since the trees are nice, but be aware of that if you really are looking for a lake view.
The room did feel a little worn in some ways, like the window seat cushions. There were also some stains on the bedsheets, so I think they probably needed replacing. The wifi in the room was very weak, but we were also in a room far from the reception area, so maybe it's better in other rooms. We went to a communal lounge, where the signal was great.
Staff were very nice and spoke decent English, too. They are clearly used to tourists.
All in all, it was a nice hotel and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit this area.
