Nice place to stay. Room is quite good, room is close to everything you need, enough parking space, decent breakfast. I also received a welcome gift. Cons: Gym is not gym. There are just a couple of cardio machines and that’s it. The schedule is ridiculous starting at 10 AM!! It is useless.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, both check-in and checkout were quick, offer a good breakfast. The room is spacious. The not-so-good thing was the smell of sweat as soon as you walked into the room, the low-quality sheets and towels and the mold in the shower.

Great, safe location and a mostly comfortable stay
I was very happy to stay there -- the staff is attentive and the hotel is in excellent condition. The included breakfast was wonderful. The only issue is not a small one: the staff could not resolve my issue with the hot water supply. There was no follow-up or explanation for this problem.

The location is very convenient, close to restaurants and malls. I didn’t like that they don’t care about placing bed sheets that cover the mattress. It was very uncomfortable to sleep with sheets that were moving all over, we ended up sleeping on the mattress without sheets. We stayed in a few other hotels comparable to this one, and we could tell the difference in employees attitudes. They were not rude, but not welcoming either.

Basic facilities, poor service
The facilities are basic. The service is bad. We went out to a party and came back at 2 am, the hotel door was closed, no one at the reception and there is no bell. 15 minutes hitting a glassdoor and no one attended. Already desperate, we hit a rock and the manager comes out with airbuds!! It's terrible that they don't think about the guest, arriving in a desolate neighborhood and alone, only to be knocked on a door, with no answer, is one of the worst experiences you can have.

Not a PLUS in the hotel name. More like a MINUS
There were quite a few service issues 1- not enough towels, never delivered till past 6 o’clock every day. 1 day they forgot all together. Some of the towels had tears. 2. The door lock was not working as it did not align properly for it to slide into latch. I reported this and they came and removed the metal latch. This rendered the security useless. 3. The safe did not work, could not set a security code. It was replaced but not secured to the wall. Anyone could take the safe as it was not heavy. 4. Never enough toilet paper, single ply does go a long way. Had to go to the front desk to get more. 5. Breakfast food was plentiful and tasty, but the service was poor (missing clean cups, dishes and glasses) 5 out of the 7 days of my stay. Also the breads rolls were left uncovered outside and there were ants, flies and other insects all over them). The front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
