The hotel was easy to find, and we had no problems parking on the street nearby and using the parking pass at £5 a day.
We stayed in a recently built annexe (2002?) behind the main hotel, which was a house divided into 4 rooms, 2 on the ground and 2 above. It was clean, with a comfortable bed and the area was quiet, so no problems getting to sleep. The issue we had was that the floor above was very creaky, and they did a lot of walking around starting from 7am. We didn't hear any other noise e.g. talking or TV, so just a specific issue with the floorboards. If you are staying in the annexe, I would recommend that you ask for the upper floor.
It is a short walk to Spice Island and Gunwharf Quays, and there were some excellent pubs and restaurants nearby. I can especially recommend the French restaurant "Chambers", where we had an evening meal and breakfast.
