I have stayed one night in this hotel with my sister. At check-in we had to wait, as the receptionist was on his break (ok, totally understandable, since employees also deserve to rest - just mentioning facts), which caused a delay of 30-40min waiting.
We left our stuff in the room and headed out to see Vegas. On the way back, past 12 a.m. We saw that our sheets had not been changed after being used by previous guests. As it was already late, and we were tired, we slept together in one of the beds that I covered with my own pool towels (not used, because when we passed by the hotel pool, we saw that the loungers were in the same deplorable state than our beds).
It was a very unpleasant experience for us.
The following morning, at check-out, we debrieved with the receptionist, who hardly regretted what happened. Without offering us any kind of compensation.
As if the experience wasn't bad enough, they haven't refunded me the full amount of the $100 deposit made at check-in. What is difficult for us to understand, since we are respectful people, who follow the rules and we have only spent a few hours in the facilities.
