"This is the best resort we have been to so far. We loved the food, the staff was friendly, and the facility was modern and spotless. The animals on the resort are a nice perk. The only things we felt were missing was a couple of snack bars near the pools and for the towel counters to stay open a bit later (they close at 6:30 but the pools are open until 9:00). "

"This resort is a fantastic choice. The food was amazing, the staff go out to their way to assist and make your time a great one. Only a couple things that could improve... There are only 3 restaurants for dinner. 1 buffet and 2 a la cart. The a la cart dinners must have a reservation and it's extremely difficult to get one if you have a larger group than 6 (our party size was 8). 99% of the staff was amazing, always smiles and happy to assist and go above and beyond however a couple of the workers, like the steak house host, was very abrupt and not welcoming. And when the landshark bar closed for the night, he kicked everyone out in a more negative way. Rooms were great in size, great water pressure and hot water for showera Cleaners were great for turn down where we had a bottle of water on each night stand every night. A lot of nice small touches that made the stay next level. Poolside entertainment staff were next level and had great energy and personalities. Would come again! "

"The room is always clean. The cleaning staff/wait staff/ front desk/ security/ bellboys are friendly and approachable. The pool always has fresh water and minimal chlorine in it. It is family-friendly, my son has special needs and we stay here for 6 days. I feel safe around the staff and patrons in here. I definitely highly recommend this place. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"
