We recently stayed at this hotel with our two young kids (3 and 1 years old), and despite the challenges of traveling with little ones, this place was fantastic. The hotel was incredibly clean and had a charming, cute atmosphere. The staff were also amazing—very friendly and helpful, with most of them speaking English, which made everything so much easier.
The beach was a bit disappointing as it was quite dirty, but the swimming pools more than made up for it—they were awesome! The views from the hotel were stunning, and we really enjoyed the food. The breakfast buffet was especially great, with plenty of delicious options to start the day.
One thing that was a bit concerning was the hotel-arranged driver to take us back to Hanoi airport. Unfortunately, the experience was awful. The driver didn’t speak any English, and we were genuinely scared as he kept falling asleep at the wheel. It was a very unnerving experience, and I would expect the hotel to organise a more professional driver, at the very least one with a basic level of English.
Overall, though, we had a great stay, and the hotel was lovely but I’d suggest organizing transport independently next time.
