Our stay at Nicole Rooms was definitely not the best experience... it was our first stay in Rome and the apartment was meant to be just a comfortable base where we could rest after exploring the city.
As we arrived after a few hours of drive no one was there to deliver us the keys. After calling to the owner, we got one guy sent to help us getting into the room.
Unfortunately he didn't speak a single word in English! When you write that the spoken language is English, we expect at least a basic communication. Even though he has really nice and trying, it was extremely exhausting to have a conversation via Google translate.
The apartment itself was really dirty. There was a line of dust everywhere, it smelled as mustiness and urine in the bathroom. The sink looked like someone threw up in it and just flashed with water... all of the furniture, bed included were really dirty and very uncomfortable, there was trash from the previous visitors in the bins.
It's quite a shame, because you can really find some other apartments in the similar prices, therefore you would expect at least a basic service.
Also there is no free parking in the area as it stands in the description.
The only plus is the area: nearby the train station and nice restaurants.
